Plaintiff, a minor child, moved into the premises in August 1989 with his mother and siblings. A blood test drawn on Oct. 18,1989, revealed lead of 25ug/ d/l and an FEP of 19. As a result of this elevated lead level, a lead inspection was performed by the Childhood Lead Prevention Program on Jan. 10, 1990. This test revealed illegal levels of lead paint in the premises.

On Jan. 11, 1990, plaintiffs blood level was down to an acceptable level of 8ug/d/l.

It was the intent of plaintiff to have expert witnesses testify at trial on the plaintiffs future medical and educational- expenses.

As is the customary practice of Rainer & Rainer, a percentage of the fee from this case will be donated to a non-profit organization to provide funds for deleading of homes in the city of Boston.
