Sheila Carter is a special investigator for Robert K. Rainer, P.C. She is responsible for investigating cases and scheduling them on the firm database; she is also responsible for scheduling court appearances for attorneys and interviewing new clients. She attended Roxbury Community College in Boston where she studied executive secretary skills in business speaking, word processing and computer proficiency.

Anna has recently joined the team at Robert K. Rainer, P.C. She is employed as the receptionist answering busy 18 line switchboard. Anna receives all new case calls that come into the office. She is fluent in both English and Spanish giving her the opportunity to translate for the company.

Connie joined our firm in 2006. She is the Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager/CFO of the Robert K. Rainer, P.C. and assists her in handling a case load of approximately 200 personal injury cases along with assisting her with all accounting and bookkeeping needs. Connie brings many years of experience working in the legal and accounting field.

David Norman

David joined our firm in 2006. We were very pleased to make this addition to our firm as Mr. Norman is a well respected member of our community and a reverend at a local church. Mr. Norman brings many years of experience working with people and he is highly skilled in his area of expertise.

Ellen Pessolano

Receptionist
Ellen joined the team at Robert K. Rainer, P.C. in 2006. She is employed as the receptionist answering a busy multi-line switchboard and also greets everyone that comes into the office. She distributes all calls to the appropriate persons and handles all new case calls that come into the office. She is a tremendous addition to the team.

Sam Tepermen has been a field investigator for Robert K. Rainer, P.C. since 1990. Mr. Teperman attended Textile College in Russia where he received a degree in Textile Mechanics. Mr. Teperman served as a Lieutenant in the Russian Army where he was responsible for training men in the defense of Russian Airspace.

Dawn is a Personal Injury claims supervisor for Robert K. Rainer, P.C.. She is responsible for adjusting personal injury claims; supervision of accident investigations in support of pre and post litigation; coordination of firm marketing; and responsible for all new client and inbound inquiries intakes.

She regularly handles a case load of approximately 200 cases and has adjusted & settled over 1000 cases in the past thirteen years.

Una joined Robert K. Rainer, P.C. in February of 2007 as the receptionist. She has recently moved up in her position and brings a variety of skills to her position. Una's number one goal is to maintain excellent client service. Her position with the company requires her to multitask, she assists our lawyers and adjusters with their day to day work, while supervising our mail room and filing facilities.
