2007 $115,000 Lead Paint The minor plaintiff suffered serious lead poisoning while living in the defendant’s property. The defendant was uninsured required a forced sale of the property to satisfy the judgment. $250,000 Lead Paint Uninsured lead paint case that was tried twice, each time resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff. The case was settled while on appeal. $125,000 Car Accident The plaintiff suffered a serious injury to his wrist, requiring surgery when he was hit by a flying pipe. The pipe had been on a forklift.
