Una Long
Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Una joined Robert K. Rainer, P.C. in February of 2007 as the receptionist. She has recently moved up in her position and brings a variety of skills to her position. Una's number one goal is to maintain excellent client service. Her position with the company requires her to multitask, she assists our lawyers, and adjusters with their day-to-day work, while supervising our mailroom and filing facilities.

Sheila Carter is a special investigator for Robert K. Rainer, P.C. She is responsible for investigating cases and scheduling them on the firm database; she is also responsible for scheduling court appearances for attorneys and interviewing new clients. She attended Roxbury Community College in Boston where she studied executive secretary skills in business speaking, word processing and computer proficiency.

Attorney Siegal is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and the Florida State University College of Law. A recent addition to our firm, she represents plaintiffs in various civil litigation matters, including employment discrimination, harassment, and general liability.
Michelle Newton
Attorney Newton is a graduate of Stonehill College and New England School of Law. Ms. Newton worked as a law clerk in this office throughout her law school career. Ms. Delisi joined our office in 2004 to help with matching mail. Since that time, she continues in that role but has also evolved into providing support and coverage for our legal assistants.

Ms. Latstetter also has experience in commercial and residential real estate.
