Some Outstanding Results
In this case, Attorney Rainer handled a case for 5 year old child that fell over a defective railing in his apartment building.
This case required extensive discovery, as Attorney Rainer set out to establish that the landlord/defendant had misused funds that were specifically appropriated from the government for renovations of the building. The Defendant did not perform the agreed upon renovations.
Attorney Rainer was ablie to establish his theory of liability and settle this case for a structured settlement with a present value worth in excess of $2.5 million dollars.
This client was injured in a motorcycle accident. He was hit by a van that was taking an illegal left turn across traffic. As a result of the collision, our client suffered a fractured leg, necessitating several surgeries to repair the damage.
The client's leg made a good recovery over time.
After filing suit and conducting a series of depositions, Attorney Rainer reached a settlement with two insurance companies for a total settlement of $1.5 million dollars.
In this case, Attorney Rainer's client was an electrician on the job who was shocked while working on a light fixture that had been installed improperly by a prior electrician.
The client sustained a severe injury, including loss of memory.
After extensive discovery, Attorney Rainer was able to recover $2.2 milion dollars for this client.
In this case, Attorney Rainer's client was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. She suffered a fractured hip which left her restricted to use of a cane.
The client was elderly, but enjoyed an active lifestyle prior to the accident.
Attorney Rainer was able to settle this case for $650,000.00 a few days before the trial began.
This clent suffered severe lead paint poisoning. The Landlord/Defendant that owned the apartment building where the Plaintiff was poisoned sold some of his assets after learning of the lead poisoning. The Defendant put all of the cash from what he sold into a safety deposit box. Attorney Rainer discovered the Defendant's actions and filed an ex parte motion to attach the contents of the safety deposit box.
The only way the Defendant was able to gain access to the safety deposit box was to settle the case. As a result the case settled for $675,000.00 in cash.
Attorney Rainer repreented a client that was a parapelegic. The client took a bath at her apartment in scalding hot water, because she was unable to properly determine the temperature of the water due to her pre-existing condition. Attorney Rainer's discovery led to the conclusion that the Landlord/Defendant had not properly regulated the hot water heater in the building.
The client suffered severe burns to the lower half of her body, which she was unable to feel, but which left her scarred.
This case settled for $550,000.00.
